Call for Papers
EICHA'27 welcomes original and unpublished research on Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Intelligence, Edge-Cloud Computing, Healthcare Technologies, Telecommunications, IoT, and Smart Systems. Submission deadline: 15 December 2026.
Important Dates
Manuscript Preparation
- Full papers must be written in English.
- Paper length: 6–8 pages including references.
- Original and unpublished contributions only.
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference.
- At least one author must register for the conference.
- Papers should clearly indicate objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.
- Submit an anonymized PDF (no author names) for double-blind review.
Submission Steps
Via our secure submission portal
- 1Go to the EICHA'27 submission page.
- 2Fill in paper details and upload your anonymized PDF.
- 3Your manuscript is securely stored on Google Drive.
- 4Receive review reports from the Technical Program Committee.
- 5Submit the camera-ready version if accepted.
- 6Register for the conference.
- 7Present your work at EICHA'27.
Review Process
All submitted manuscripts are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process. Each paper is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers from the International Technical Program Committee, according to the following criteria:
TPC members receive private access to the review portal from the program chairs. Contact F.jakjoud@emsi.ma for committee access.
Publication Policy
Only original research contributions that have not been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere are eligible. Publication opportunities and proceedings information will be announced on the conference website once finalized.
Camera-Ready
Accepted authors submit the final version by 15 March 2027, and at least one author must register before the deadline for the paper to be included.
